Witches’ Tower

Michał Hyjek is a laureate of the “Fish Eye 7” Young Art Biennial, and a graduate from the faculty of inter-media of the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow. He is an artist, scientist, and a constructor of interactive installations that are based on the use of wireless networks to make data available. He acts beyond the official gallery space and art reservations, seeking for a new definition of street art. He is a member of the Kex-Mag group from Bielsko-Biała, which embraces new art creators. He is also a filmmaker and a figure associated with Cracow skateboard world. In his works he glorifies the atomisation of a selected theme, as well as an instinctive approach to it.
