The artist considers the issues of fragmentation of human experience, since, as she writes, “space and man is the object of analysis for the mind and senses in the world of fragments, in the world which isn’t experienced as a closed wholeness, in which we compose fragments and give them a sense”.
Ola Kujawska graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Poznan in 2001. She lives and works in Berlin. Her output includes installations, objects, photographs and drawings. Her areas of interest include space, time and being. She has participated in exhibitions in Poland, Germany, South Korea and Japan. She has been the curator of the international exhibitions in Osaka and Berlin.
