Małgorzata Łojko is a graduate of the faculty of fine arts of the Mikolaj Kopernik University in Torun / sculpture and spatial actions /, getting her sculpture diploma in 2009. In her works she uses mostly natural materials which she had found directly in nature or at least of natural origin, as well as unwanted fabric wastes. Her forms which she builds from these materials remain within the circle of abstractive objects. She places them in the natural space as a kind of landscape complement; at the same time they are a personal commentary to the place surrounding them. Another kind of her activity includes introducing her objects in architectural spaces, where she uses the contrast built by such situations. In such cases the artist constructs as if organic forms which appropriate the existing space, trying to become a part of it.
