The Exodus project is a story inspired with a play by an American playwright Karen Karin Rosenberg She Taught Him How to Throw a Pie. The force of the minimalist absurd drama transforms here into the turpistic poetics of the image. For the first time Georgia Krawiec undertook the creation of a cycle of self-portraits, perversely identifying herself with the protagonist of Rosenberg’s play. From the technological point of view the EXodus is constructed not with daguerreotyping, but with the pinhole photography which is a noble, even though modest and simple technique, toned, and incalculable to the very end. Today the use of this technique resembles a mysterious ritual.
