Karolina Breguła
In the framework of her presentation in Ustka, Karolina Breguła has prepared a contemplative space in the gallery, in which the motion picture will both serve as a communication platform, and constitute a kind of specific installation/environment. Within it, the viewer will be somehow able to reside and remain in the ‘company’ of the film. The exhibition is to favour their multiple watching some long fragments of the film despite the daily rush. Here the film medium is to become an object of not just the usual intellectual analysis, but first and foremost a physical experience of the viewer. The exhibition will present the author’s unpublished footages and such her works as The Tower, The Insult, and The Soup. We encourage you to visit the exhibition with enough time to spare.
