The exhibition “DAYS OF BEING WILD” focuses on exploring and representing the issue of memory traces, with the past being evoked from both a collective and individual perspective. An important theme is also to confront the different viewpoints and narratives of history that we face today in the mass media, centres of power and knowledge, as well as within individual local communities. The exhibition will include works created in various media by artists who, over the past several years, have actively collaborated with the Baltic Gallery of Contemporary Art and co-created its image and history.
